Our client, a specialist interior-focused general contractor, has an excellent reputation built over their 60 years of operation. Headquartered in Maryland, most of their work is completed within the DC Metro Area. Building projects across several sectors, including corporate office space, law firms, healthcare, education, and community associations. Projects typically involve interior fit-out and/or renovation, often on an 8–16-week schedule with contract values ranging up to the $5 million range.
Your new role
You will be working alongside the project management team and the Vice President (VP). Your responsibilities include supporting the team with estimates valued between $100,000 and $5Million, handling pricing and takeoffs, liaising with subcontractors, reviewing project drawings, and rewriting the scope of work to align with project requirements.
What you'll need to succeed
2–5 years estimating experience within the construction industry
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Experience in Bluebeam, Procore, Onscreen Takeoff a plus
