As an Entry-Level Marketing Assistant , you’ll work alongside our direct fundraising and event team to plan, coordinate, and execute high-impact nonprofit campaigns throughout the local area. You'll gain hands-on experience in nonprofit outreach, event coordination , and promotional marketing while supporting causes that truly matter.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the planning and execution of community-based fundraising and outreach events

• Collaborate with team members to develop and implement marketing strategies

• Deliver exceptional customer service and represent our nonprofit partners at public events

• Engage event attendees through interactive demonstrations and brand education

• Track and report campaign data, attendee engagement, and feedback

• Support team training , event setup/teardown, and administrative tasks

• Participate in leadership development sessions and take on event coordination opportunities

✅ Qualifications & Requirements:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Energetic, friendly, and customer-focused

• Highly organized with excellent time management abilities

• Comfortable working both independently and on a team

• Detail-oriented and committed to producing high-quality work

• Experience in marketing, sales, retail, or customer service is a plus (not required)

• Willingness to travel occasionally for local events and trainings

• Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
