Fine Line Marketing in Tacoma, WA is now hiring for an Entry-Level Marketing & Management Trainee position! This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience working with nationally recognized brands while developing skills in marketing, sales, leadership, and customer engagement.

Whether you’re a recent graduate or looking to break into a career in marketing and sales, our structured training program is designed to set you on a clear path toward leadership.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist with retail marketing campaigns that boost brand visibility and sales
• Support the execution of in-store promotions and customer events
• Learn to track campaign performance and recommend improvements
• Work closely with marketing managers to tailor campaigns to target audiences
• Develop sales strategies and engage with customers face-to-face
• Once trained, lead campaigns and help manage event teams
