Excellent role on offer for an ambitious Structural Engineer who is looking to step into a management position with a dynamic, expanding Engineering firm where you will work on high profile projects whilst managing a team of engineers.

This position will be office based. You will be tasked with conducting weekly site visits, meeting with clients, reviewing plans and designs and managing a team of engineers. You will be given a structured progression plan from the day you join to progress into Director.
