Carondelet Medical Group , a leading multispecialty provider in Southern Arizona, is seeking a Board-Certified/Eligible Urologist to join our growing team in Tucson . This is an excellent opportunity to step into an established, well-supported practice with a full suite of standard urologic equipment and an experienced team behind you.

Position Highlights:

• Full-time, employed opportunity with a stable, patient-focused practice
• Structured schedule: 4 days in clinic, 1 day in OR
• 75% outpatient / 25% inpatient caseload
• Manageable call: 7 shifts/month , with additional compensation available
• Average 25 patients per clinic day and 5–10 surgeries per week
• Supported by dedicated clinical staff and system-wide coordination for referrals and diagnostics

Candidate Requirements:

• MD or DO degree
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
• Arizona licensed or eligible to obtain state licensure
