We are a high-performance real estate team on the lookout for a full-time real estate dispositions specialist. You’ll locate and network with investors and sell them our deals, ensuring each transaction is smooth and successful. This position is instrumental in the growth and success of our business, so we provide the tools and support our dispositions team needs to perform at their best.

Responsibilities

• Developing new relationships with Investors, who are looking to buy real estate
• Contacting a high number of existing Investors on a daily basis
• Nurturing, and converting those leads into a signed contract
• Getting signed contracts over the phone
• Structuring offers that fit into our business model
• Closing real estate transactions
• Providing feedback on how to improve and optimize our sales process
• Gain trust with prospects to overcome objections and facilitate a signed contract
• Perform analysis on property value using comps, data, site walks, market trends, and research
• Manage leads and follow up through daily CRM use to update and stay on task until deals are closed

Qualifications

• Real Estate Sales: 2 years (Preferred)
• Outbound Sales: 2 years (Required)
• Over 1 year of experience as a real estate specialist in real estate acquisitions, land acquisition, or real estate sales experience is preferred
• Requires an enthusiastic passion for real estate asset sales and goal-oriented personality
• Top-notch written and verbal communication skills and superior phone etiquette required
• 4-year college degree in Sales, Business, Real Estate or related experience highly desired

Compensation

$80,000+ At Plan Commission
