Director of Talent Acquisition - Up to $225k + bonus.

We are partnering with a growing healthcare organization that is seeking an experienced Director of Talent Acquisition to lead and scale their recruitment function.

This role will collaborate closely with senior leadership across the business to deliver on the following objectives:

• Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with organizational growth and workforce planning needs.
• Drive employer branding initiatives to attract top-tier clinical and non-clinical talent.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical roles, including nursing, allied health, and administrative functions.
• Partner with hiring leaders to forecast hiring needs and implement proactive recruitment plans.
• Oversee onboarding coordination, compliance, and continuous process improvements.
• Manage recruitment technology systems and leverage data analytics to inform strategic decisions.
• Ensure adherence to employment laws and maintain high standards of recruitment excellence.

Experience required:

• Extensive talent acquisition experience, preferably within healthcare or clinical settings.
• Hands on experience recruiting a high volume of nurses, clinical research coordinators, clinical assistants across the United States.
• Strong knowledge of workforce planning, sourcing strategies, and onboarding best practices.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
