Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for the Director of Nursing for our Long Term Care facility, located in Aurora, NE. The Director of Nursing will oversee and manage all nursing staff, ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, and uphold the highest standards of resident care. Daily responsibilities include managing nursing operations, organizing quality assurance functions, coordinating long-term care plans for residents, and collaborating with medical professionals to provide comprehensive care. This role requires a hands-on approach to leadership and patient care.
