Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for the Director of Nursing for our Long Term Care facility, located in Aurora, NE. The Director of Nursing will oversee and manage all nursing staff, ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, and uphold the highest standards of resident care. Daily responsibilities include managing nursing operations, organizing quality assurance functions, coordinating long-term care plans for residents, and collaborating with medical professionals to provide comprehensive care. This role requires a hands-on approach to leadership and patient care.

Qualifications

• Nursing Management and Nursing skills
• Infection Control skills and experience
• Knowledge of Medicine and Long-term Care
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage multiple priorities
• Registered Nurse (RN) license for the State of Nebraska
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred
• Five years RN experience/Rural health care experience preferred
• Experience in a similar leadership role is a plus
