• Lead a team of IT Field Engineering Managers
• The Director oversees the Managers
• The Managers oversee the IT Field Engineers
• The IT Field Engineers support computers, printers, scanners, projectors, smart boards, mobile devices, etc.
• Leadership and mentorship
• Improve business processes
• Ensure consistent customer service
• 20-50% travel: OH, NC, FL, CO, WA
