Food & Beverage Director – Perfect North Slopes (Lawrenceburg, IN)

Perfect North Slopes is looking for an experienced Food & Beverage Director to oversee our multi-venue, high-volume operations and help us deliver exceptional guest experiences. With 220 seasonal staff, two full-time employees, and venues ranging from our main cafeteria to the year-round First Tracks Ice Cream & Coffee Shop, this is a key leadership position in one of the Midwest’s most successful ski areas.

What You’ll Do:

Lead, support, and mentor our Food & Beverage team in delivering excellent guest service.
Oversee financial performance, labor costs, purchasing, and vendor relations.
Implement and manage POS and food inventory systems (Accesso Freedom).
Ensure food quality, safety, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction across all outlets.
Manage equipment purchasing, repairs, and maintenance (pizza ovens, fryers, ice cream machines, coffee makers, etc.).
Develop menus
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Work a 6-day schedule during the winter season; flexible schedule in summer.
Collaborate with sister resorts (Swiss Valley, MI & Timberline, WV) to share best practices.
Report directly to the Executive Director as part of the Executive Team.

What We’re Looking For:

5+ years of leadership in high-volume food service (resort experience preferred).
Strong financial management and P&L accountability skills.
Knowledge of POS and inventory systems, with basic IT troubleshooting skills.
ServSafe Manager (or ability to obtain).
A leader who values teamwork, a family atmosphere, and a guest-first culture.
