Job Description

Description We are looking for a skilled Desktop Support Analyst to provide reliable technical support to end-users and ensure the smooth functioning of IT systems. In this role, you will address hardware, software, and network-related issues while delivering exceptional customer service. This is a Contract-to-permanent position based in Stockton, California. Responsibilities: - Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network systems. - Set up, configure, and maintain desktops, printers, and other IT equipment. - Manage user accounts, including password resets and access permissions. - Document support activities and ensure proper escalation of complex problems. - Provide guidance and training to end-users on IT systems and tools. - Conduct routine maintenance and updates to ensure optimal system performance. - Collaborate with other IT teams to address system-wide concerns and improvements. - Monitor and respond promptly to support requests through ticketing systems. Requirements - Proven experience in IT support, including troubleshooting Windows, Mac, or Linux systems. - Familiarity with Active Directory for user account management. - Strong knowledge of desktop and computer hardware components. - Understanding of basic networking principles and protocols. - Proficiency in using productivity tools such as Microsoft 365. - Excellent communication skills and ability to solve technical problems effectively. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
