Custom Shower Door Installer
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday (with occasional flexibility for project needs)

About the Position
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Custom Shower Door Installer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for precision, understands high-end residential installation standards, and can communicate professionally with homeowners and contractors.
Responsibilities
- Install framed, semi-frameless, and frameless custom glass shower enclosures
- Take accurate field measurements for fabrication
- Review plans, drawings, and job scopes before installation
- Safely handle and transport glass panels and hardware
- Identify and resolve onsite installation challenges
- Maintain a clean jobsite and company vehicle
- Follow all safety guidelines and company processes
Qualifications
- Experience installing custom glass shower doors (preferred)
- Strong carpentry, glazing, or related construction skills
- Ability to safely lift and maneuver large glass panels
- Familiarity with standard tools, levels, lasers, and installation equipment
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Professional appearance and communication skills
