A CRNA-only practice near the Texas Gulf Coast is seeking a skilled provider to join a collaborative and low-volume anesthesia team. This independent role offers significant lifestyle benefits, including 17 weeks off annually, short daily cases, and the opportunity to go home early most days. Additional shifts are available for those seeking higher earnings, with potential to exceed $400,000 annually.
Key Responsibilities
Provide anesthesia care independently across general surgery, GYN, ortho, dental, urology, and limited OB cases
Perform pre-operative assessments and manage post-anesthesia recovery
Participate in shared beeper call rotation with low callback frequency
Schedule and Compensation
Approximately 35 weeks of service per year
Typical end times between 1 PM and 3 PM
Call rotation 1:2 during active weeks
Base compensation of $325,000 with optional extra work available
Malpractice and tail coverage provided

Qualifications
Board Certified or Board Eligible CRNA
Regional anesthesia experience preferred (training available)
Comfortable working independently in a CRNA-only model
