Job Description

Are you an experienced contracts attorney looking for flexible, part-time work with a steady pipeline of commercial and government contract review?

A well-established organization (confidential) is seeking a Contract Review Attorney with deep experience in government contracting, FAR/DFARS compliance, and subcontractor negotiations . This is a remote, part-time role with the potential for long-term engagement.

Key Details:

  • 10+ years' experience reviewing and negotiating commercial/government contracts
  • Skilled in drafting subcontracts, task orders, and amendments
  • Familiarity with RFPs, cost-plus/time-and-materials contracts, and federal procurement regs
  • Must be comfortable working independently and interfacing with internal stakeholders
  • Flexible 10-25 hours/week depending on volume
  • Fully remote
  • Temp-to-hire potential based on performance and organizational need
