Our client, a leading provider of financial technology software, is hiring a Contact Center Risk Analyst to join their team in Plano, TX! This role will be hybrid and require 3x a week onsite.

As a Contact Center Risk Analyst, you will be responsible for answering incoming calls and analyzing customer information, financial patterns, and transaction data to identify fraud and risk patterns and trends. They are looking for someone with a strong knowledge of KYC and KYB to verify identity and prevent fraud.
