LHH Recruitment Solutions has partnered with a growing organization, and they are seeking a motivated Superintendent – Multi Family Residential Construction to join their team. As the on-site Superintendent, you will be the heartbeat of the construction site—managing operations, coordinating trades, and ensuring quality, safety, and schedule adherence. You’ll be entrusted with full responsibility for site logistics, inspections, and execution of complex building systems, including mechanical and electrical rough-ins and building enclosures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily site operations, subcontractor coordination, and project sequencing.
• Maintain rigorous safety and quality standards using Procore and MS Project.
• Liaise with municipal inspectors and ensure compliance with all permits and ordinances.
• Drive progress through weekly look-ahead schedules and proactive issue resolution.
• Oversee punch lists, closeout documentation, and warranty coordination.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or equivalent experience preferred.
• OSHA 10-hour certification.
• 6+ years in multifamily residential construction as a Superintendent, with projects valued at $25M+ (e.g., large condo complexes or hotels).
• Proven ability to run large-scale projects independently, mentor teams, and maintain productive relationships with stakeholders.
• Strong foundation in carpentry, plumbing, and general trades.
• Proficient in Procore and Microsoft Project.

Compensation Range: $130,000-$140,000 + 10% Bonus
