About the Role

Are you a licensed RVT or experienced Veterinary Assistant looking for a leadership opportunity? We’re hiring a Clinical Lead to support our Surgery department at SAGE Concord. In this role, you’ll lead a team of RVTs and Assistants while working closely with specialists to provide the highest standard of care.

What You’ll Do

• Manage and support a team of RVTs and Veterinary Assistants
• Maintain excellence in patient care, workflow, and communication
• Mentor and develop technicians through training and performance feedback
• Participate in diagnostics, treatments, and integrative therapies
• Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments

Qualifications

• Required : 5+ years of recent veterinary clinical experience
• Preferred: Active CA-RVT license
• Strong leadership skills and ability to inspire others
• Experience with anesthesia monitoring, CRIs, drug dosing, and estimates
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

Compensation & Perks

• Pay Range: $37 – $45/hour (DOE)
