We're building a state-of-the-art clinical research lab and leading initiatives focused on aging, longevity, and FDA-approved innovation . Now, we’re looking for a dynamic Chief Medical Officer (CMO) to help lead our rapidly growing clinic into its next chapter.

Please Note: This is an on-site leadership role based in Gillette, Wyoming . Remote or hybrid arrangements are not available. Candidates must be willing to relocate and be an active presence in our community and clinic.

As our Chief Medical Officer , you’ll serve as the clinical and strategic heartbeat of our organization. You’ll guide multidisciplinary teams, drive innovation in care delivery, and integrate cutting-edge research into practice—all while cultivating a culture that values collaboration, excellence, and patient-first thinking.

🩺 What You’ll Do

Leadership & Strategy

• Provide visionary leadership that inspires teams and elevates our mission.
• Foster a culture of clinical excellence, innovation, and collaboration across all departments.
• Act as a strategic partner between providers, operations, and administration.

Clinical Oversight

• Develop and oversee peer review, chart audits, and Grand Rounds to drive continuous improvement.
• Standardize and optimize evidence-based protocols and clinical workflows.

Research & Innovation

• Collaborate with research scientists to translate emerging findings into real-world treatments.
• Guide the growth of our in-house research lab and support development of FDA-approved products.

Operations & Staff Engagement

• Serve as a trusted mentor and problem-solver for providers and clinical staff.
• Partner with operations to streamline patient flow, enhance provider satisfaction, and address systemic challenges.

Outreach & Reputation

• Represent HH&WC to partners, patients, and the broader medical community.
• Work with the sales and outreach teams to maintain excellence in service delivery.

✅ What We’re Looking For

• MD or DO with board certification and active medical license.
• 10+ years of clinical experience; 5+ years in a healthcare leadership role.
• Track record of leading multidisciplinary teams and quality improvement programs.
• Experience in clinical research and familiarity with FDA processes is a plus .
• Exceptional communication, emotional intelligence, and leadership presence.
• Willingness to relocate to Gillette, WY and lead the organization from within the clinic.
