Positions :

Outreach Advocate - Hamblen - Bachelor's - $16.25/hr

Responsible forproviding direct services to victims of domestic violence. The Hamblen CountyOutreach Advocate will work with the walk-in clients to provide services suchas filing an Order of Protection, housing advocacy, safety planning, and crisisintervention.

IPS EmploymentSpecialist - Sevier -Bachelor's - $17.52/hr

Responsible for thecompletion of all phases of employment service: 1) Intake, 2) Engagement, 3)Assessment, 4) Job Placement, 5) Job Coaching, and 6) Follow Along Supports.Ensures consumers have access to benefits counseling/work incentives planning.Works closely with Vocation Rehabilitation Specialists and mental healthtreatment teams to place consumers in competitive, diverse jobs that aretailored to meet the consumer's individualized needs and preferences. Developsand maintains a strong employer network.

Health Link Care Coordinator - Cocke and Sevier - $17.36 /hr

Serves as the primary care coordinator that provides case coordination using an integrative approach to a predetermined number of children and/or adults. Interfaces with agencies to increase cooperation and consistency between home, school, work, community, and behavioral and physical health providers. Functions as a member of a treatment team to plan, implement, and evaluate successful interventions for children, adults, and/or families.
