Responsibilities
- Assist Cleaning Specialists with on-site cleaning tasks at customer locations, including carpet, upholstery, drape, wood, and tile cleaning
- Prepare and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies for each job
- Help move furniture and other items as needed to access cleaning areas
- Support the team in ensuring all work meets company quality standards
- Interact professionally and courteously with customers on-site
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment during and after each job
Qualifications
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Friendly, outgoing, and able to communicate effectively with a diverse range of people
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects as part of daily tasks
- Sales skills and customer service experience are a plus
