Call Center Agent – Spy Ninjas HQ
Location: 7980 W Sahara Ave, Las Vegas, NV
Pay: $14.00 per hour
Schedule: Part-time & Full-time opportunities available

As a Call Center Agent, you’ll be the first point of contact for guests, guiding them through reservations, park info, and mission details with top-tier professionalism and enthusiasm. You’ll be the voice that sets the tone for unforgettable experiences.

What You’ll Do:

Answer incoming calls, emails, and messages with energy and professionalism
Help guests with bookings, reschedules, and FAQs
De-escalate issues calmly and provide solutions
Keep detailed call logs and communicate trends to leadership
Collaborate with front desk and operations teams to keep things running smoothly

What We’re Looking For:

Must be 18 or older
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Calm under pressure and energized by helping others
Previous call center or customer service experience is a plus
Comfortable with phone systems and multitasking in a digital environment
Must be able to pass a background check
Must be willing and able to obtain a work card upon hire (paid for by Spy Ninjas HQ)

Compensation details: 14-14 Hourly Wage
