We are seeking a skilled Senior Business Consultant (Level III) to support the U.S. Coast Guard’s Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber, and Intelligence Service Center (C5ISC) under the Business and Logistics Management Support Services (BL/MSS) Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA).

In this role, you’ll provide high-level advisory support for strategic planning, business governance, process optimization, and acquisition support—helping shape operational excellence across the enterprise.

✅ Key Responsibilities

• Lead business process development, reengineering, and policy formulation aligned with USCG mission goals
• Support strategic planning, workforce analysis, and enterprise transformation initiatives
• Deliver recommendations for performance improvement, organizational design, and resource planning
• Assist in the development of communications and stakeholder engagement strategies
• Facilitate working groups, stakeholder meetings, and workshops to drive cross-functional collaboration
• Analyze current operations, conduct business impact assessments, and deliver actionable insights
• Contribute to acquisition planning, business intelligence, and governance documentation

🎓 Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field (required)
• 10+ years of experience in business consulting, enterprise transformation, or federal program support
• Deep knowledge of business process development, organizational performance, and acquisition lifecycles
• Proven ability to work with executive stakeholders and lead multi-disciplinary projects

🧠 Preferred Skills

• Certifications in Lean Six Sigma, PMP®, or Change Management (preferred)
• Familiarity with USCG, DHS, or DoD operational environments and policy frameworks
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint)
• Strong analytical, writing, and presentation skills
