Job Overview

We are seeking 3 dedicated and experienced On-Site Managers to join our team. The ideal candidates will play a critical role in managing the recruitment process, ensuring that we attract, hire, and retain top talent, as well as manage the client relationship. This position requires a strategic thinker, who is a self-starter, with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for the staffing industry. The On-Site Managers will oversee recruiting efforts, develop and maintain client relationships, manage timesheets and time clocks, and enhance employee orientation processes while utilizing various recruitment tools and platforms.

Duties

• Manage the staffing process, including submittal, communication to client, and recruiting team.
• Conduct research to identify effective recruitment strategies and trends in the industry.
• Utilize applicant tracking system (Bullhorn) to streamline hiring processes.
• Develop and implement strategies for new hires to ensure successful onboarding.
• Oversee employee orientation sessions to familiarize new employees with company policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions that accurately reflect requirements.
• Support recruiting efforts by communicating with recruiting team on needs, in real time.

Requirements

• Proven experience in the staffing industry within a Light Industrial or Construction environment.
• Strong knowledge of internal recruiting processes and best practices.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems is required.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and internal team at all levels.
• Experience in employee orientation is vital.
• Ability to conduct research on industry trends related to staffing and recruitment strategies.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
