Our client, a well‑established and fast‑growing personal injury law firm, is seeking a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Personal Injury Attorney to join their team on a temp-to-hire basis. The ideal candidate has strong litigation or pre‑litigation experience, excellent client communication skills, and the ability to manage a high-volume caseload while delivering exceptional service. • Manage a full caseload of personal injury matters from intake through resolution.
• Conduct client consultations, evaluate case merit, and provide legal guidance.
• Draft and review legal documents including pleadings, motions, and settlement demands.
• Negotiate settlements with insurance adjusters and opposing counsel.
• Prepare cases for litigation and, when necessary, participate in depositions, mediations, and hearings.
• Maintain regular communication with clients, medical providers, and internal staff.
• Ensure all case documentation is complete, timely, and compliant with firm standards.
• Collaborate with legal assistants and paralegals to drive cases toward resolution.

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active and good‑standing license to practice law in the state of [Insert State].
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• 2+ years of personal injury experience (pre‑litigation or litigation).
• Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to build trust with clients.
• Ability to manage high-volume caseloads efficiently and independently.

Compensation: $120,000-$150,000 per year + minimum $30,000 annual bonus
