Our ideal candidate will work passionately and effectively alongside our senior partners and staff to ensure a successful outcome for clients. Compensation: $75,000 - $95,000 yearly Responsibilities: Take responsibility for administrative staff relating to client invoicing/billing records, setting up meetings with clients and completing tasks Determine case strategies and solutions to serve clients’ needs after analysis Conduct research and draft pleadings, briefs, and motions Counsel clients by assessing options and determining the best course of action for a successful outcome Appear in court on behalf of clients and argue motions during legal proceedings Qualifications: Over 1 year of experience representing clients in a law firm Candidates must currently be a member of their local bar association - active member preferred Advanced computer skills working with legal research programs (Westlaw and Lexis) required Decision-making, public speaking, problem-solving, interpersonal skills, and communication skills are a must Required Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school; representation of clients for at least 2 years a plus ~ Candidates must be a member of the Georgia Bar or scheduled to sit for the Georgia Bar Exam.
