Associate Creative Director, Art (Healthcare Advertising)
Hybrid - Irvine, CA MUST BE WILLING TO GO ON SITE 3 DAYS A WEEK

A leading healthcare communications agency is seeking an Associate Creative Director, Art to co-lead creative development across multiple brands. This role partners closely with copywriters, account teams, and production to deliver bold, strategic, and brand-aligned creative across print, digital, and video.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead concept development and hands-on design execution
• Guide and mentor art directors; manage workloads and creative quality
• Present work to clients and participate in strategic planning
• Collaborate with external vendors and internal teams
• Support new business and brand growth initiatives

Qualifications:

• 8+ years in healthcare/pharma advertising preferred
• Strong leadership and team management experience
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and familiar with MLR processes
• Skilled in multi-channel creative development and client presentations
