Carterwill Search is recruiting for an Associate Attorney that has 3+ years of Civil Litigation experience with an emphasis on Tort & First Party Insurance Defense . In this position you will be responsible for high exposure litigation cases from inception to trial with the supervising partner in Miami , FL firm.

The ideal candidate is a highly skilled legal professional who thrives on tackling complex cases and is eager to advance their career. Position Details:

• Representation in all phases of litigation involving first and third party cases.
• Investigating cases and gathering evidence.
• Advising clients on legal matters.
• Filing court documents and drafting pleadings.
• Representing clients in hearings, trials, and mediations.
• Conducting depositions and interviewing witnesses.
• Negotiating settlements and appealing court decisions.
