Role Overview:

We are hiring energetic Appointment Setters to help fill our sales team's calendars. Your main job is to reach out to potential clients via phone, email, SMS, and social media and schedule consultations.

Responsibilities:

• Follow scripts and outreach workflows to contact leads.
• Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
• Manage lead lists and track conversations in the CRM.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude with prospects.
• Generate new appointments and leads through cold calling, social media, and emails.

Requirements:

• 1+ year experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or customer service.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Organized and consistent in follow-ups.
• Comfortable using CRM systems and outreach tools.
• Fluent English (Spanish is a plus).

Compensation:

• Hourly pay + bonuses for appointments.
