• Hospital Privileges Required: Yes

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

REQUIRED PROCEDURES:

• General Anesthesia (Adult and Pediatric – healthy peds only).
• OB and Neuro Anesthesia.
• Supervision of CRNAs and occasional solo cases.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Licenses: Active Pennsylvania medical license (IMLC considered)
• Board: Board Certified or Eligible (within 3 years of residency)
• DEA: Active DEA Certification
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS
• Experience: Minimum 1 year in specialty
• Other Qualifications: Must be comfortable with General Cases, OB, and Pediatrics

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide anesthesia services for a wide range of surgical cases, including general, neuro, OB, and ortho.
• Supervise CRNAs while occasionally performing cases independently.
• Take weekday and weekend in-house call shifts as needed.
• Collaborate with surgical teams and intensivists for perioperative care.
• Document all anesthesia-related procedures accurately in Cerner EMR.
