Provide general administrative support to the team
Manage calendars, meetings, and communications
Assist with document preparation and data entry
Help coordinate projects and team activities
Handle various day-to-day office tasks as needed
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Comfortable with basic office software (e.g. Microsoft Office or Google Workspace)
Reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive
Prior administrative experience is a plus
