Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Key Responsibilities:
Perform general office duties such as answering phones, managing emails, and greeting visitors
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents
Maintain electronic and physical filing systems
Assist with data entry, record-keeping, and database management
Order and manage office supplies and equipment
Support team members with project coordination and administrative tasks
Handle confidential information with discretion
Perform other duties as assigned to support team productivity
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred)
Proven experience in an administrative or office support role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Professional demeanor and customer service skills
