Accounting Manager

We work with route-based, restoration, and emergency services companies nationwide to recruit management and sales representatives. We are working with a growing plumbing, HVAC, and electrical residential service company that is growing like crazy.
Our client is looking for an Accounting Manager to join their team in their NJ market (office in Tinton Falls). This position will focus on leading all accounting functions of a multi-million dollar service company, including analyzing reports & trends and working with the management team to develop solutions to reach business goals.

Preferred experience includes a minimum of five years as an accounting manager, controller, etc. in a service-related industry that may include pest control, courier/package delivery, uniform, lawn care, security/protective services, car rental, restoration or mitigation, plumbing, HVAC, and other related fields.
Compensation is competitive and based on experience. Salary also includes bonus incentives, medical insurance including health and dental, 401K, paid vacation, and more!
